Winter fun with my friends

We''ve been busy this winter and I have had some great fun with some of my friends. So here are some pictures...
Firstly this is Ethan and I down at Stoney Batter on Waiheke Island. There was a story telling festival in the old tunnels down there and I was too scared to stay inside but everyone else thought it was fantastic.
Later on I had a sleepover weekend at my cousins' place and they had 2 friends staying called Tim and Max, here's a picture of Oscar, Tim, Max and I eating pancakes for breakfast.

And lastly, my friend from America, Mele, (and her family!) stayed in the house next door for 6 weeks this winter and we had such a good time playing together and now I miss her alot. Mele's grandma made us matching jerseys.. here we are wearing them in front of the biggest puddle by our gate that hasn't gone away all winter!! And I have had alot of fun in it!

Boxes and Diggers

Just had to show you the pictures of me helping Shane the digger driver to drive his digger at Jo's party at Awaawaroa. It was very noisy and I was a bit scared but Shane really held on tight and we parked the digger on the track.
Jo, Paul and Isabella have a farm at the end of our island and they are growing grapes and olives, and they need to keep their grass mowed with their ride-on mower.. ! here's Isabella and I sitting on the mower.. I stayed on it for most of the party! It was Jo's birthday and we had a great time picnicing among the olive trees.

We've had some rain lately so Mum came up with a good inside game of making a house out of a fridge box. Here's me reading to my friends!

2nd Womad and I'm only 2!

Here we are again at the Womad Festival in New Plymouth in March. It is great fun, lots of people and fantastic music although some of it was a bit weird (and loud)for me.

Sometimes I just preferred hanging out in the zoo area with the kids. This is me in the children's parade shaking my shaker.
I even managed to have a few sleeps, here's Dad checking on me...
Soon after we came home to Waiheke we went to the Teddy Bear's Picnic on Oneroa beach, here's Dad and I going round and round in the Teddy bear Parade!!

Sky Tower Day

Surprise! I'm back...
Thought I'd pop these pics of me and my cousins up the Sky Tower a couple of weeks ago.. we had great fun. Dad was staying at the hotel for work so Mum and I stayed for a few days too. One day we invited Iris, Oscar and Emily to come swimming in the pool on the roof of the hotel then we went up the tower.
Here we are at the top..I'm not sure why Irie is lifting me up?
Here I am walking over the glass floor with the city below...

Then we all had pineapple frujus.. and looked out over the city

While we waited for Mum to get the car, Kathy gave us chips and told us to make crazy faces for the camera...

To finish off a fun day we went to the Canton Cafe in Kingsland and ate chinese food for dinner, I think Oscar is putting a chopstick up his nose in this picture!
